We’ve received your LASTLVL master, Preferred Master, and claim details. Our next step is a careful, gain-matched comparison and review.
What Happens Next
- Eligibility Check We quickly confirm that your claim meets the LASTLVL Guarantee rules (same mix, proper WAV files, within the 48-hour window, etc.).
- Gain-Matched A/B Evaluation We compare the LASTLVL master and the Preferred Master using gain-matched A/B listening to remove loudness bias.
- Up to 2 Revision Attempts If your claim qualifies, we’ll create up to two alternate masters in an attempt to match or beat the Preferred Master.
- Final Decision & Outcome You’ll receive an email with either revised masters and notes, or a refund decision if we determine we can’t beat or match the Preferred Master.
Timeline & Communication
- You can expect an initial response or update within 3 business days from now (often sooner, depending on current workload).
- All updates will be sent to the email address you used when placing your original mastering order or submitting the claim.
- If you don’t see an email, please check your spam or promotions folder and mark messages from LASTLVL as safe.
Please remember: the LASTLVL Guarantee is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee — it specifically applies to matching or beating another master of the same exact mix, under the rules described in the official terms.
